Where to find multi unit deals in New Jersey

I’m looking to scale up my projects. I wanted to know where can u find some deals with multi units, apartment complex.

The best place you can find deals in NJ is to get your A$sss in your car and drive across the bridge into PA or down 95 to Delaware. Property taxes and home prices are too high in NJ and Tenants are hard to evict. Your setting yourself up for failure buying in NJ.

In addition to Andrew's list for commercial deals you can try loopnet but sometimes those are posted on MLS as well.

Facebook groups are also popular for real estate deals. There is a multi-family NJ real estate group on FB.

A few options here:

1) MLS for smaller (less than 5 unit) properties

2) Broker relationships are KEY, especially for 5+ unit deals - this is where I've had the most traction

3) Direct marketing (calls, texts, mail) to sellers - many have been successful here, it's a long term/numbers game
