Real Estate Attorney Needed Upstate New York

Hi Everybody!

Can anybody recommend a real estate attorney in or near the Catskills area (specifically Phoenicia/Chichester). We're hoping the get our offer accepted on a short term rental property early this week.

you can use cliff gordon in monticello, really good experience.

    @Tommy Cheng Keep in mind, any NY licensed attorney can represent you anywhere in NY. More so, these days - closings are "mail away"

    The only benefit you have with a local attorney, if you need them in the future to deal with matters locally, that id your best bet.
