I just came across a screamin deal in Austin, TX. I found it the newbie way on realtor.com app. 180k asking. ARV conservatively of 320-360.

I can do some work and manage the flip. I’m not sure what other info to put in here. DM me if this is something you’re interested in

@Ruben Goodbear Anders Wow those numbers seem promising. Have you considered all of your mortgage options before looking for a money partner? Giving up equity can be the most epensive form of financing at the end of the day. You also end up giving up a fair amount of control. Do you fit for any of the fix and flip loan programs that are availavble to investors?
