@Ruben Goodbear Anders Wow those numbers seem promising. Have you considered all of your mortgage options before looking for a money partner? Giving up equity can be the most epensive form of financing at the end of the day. You also end up giving up a fair amount of control. Do you fit for any of the fix and flip loan programs that are availavble to investors?
