I am a wholesaler and have a team of 2 VA's. I need about 10,000 numbers a month to call. Most skip tracing services are pretty pricey so I was wondering how I could create my own skip tracing service where I can pull data my own way. How much could that cost?

Hey Jesse, It may end up being more costly to create your own software to skip trace than it is to use an existing skip trace too. The value of skip trace companies is that they've done the work of building out a software tool, access/source the data and created the whole infrastructure.
Creating your own won't guarantee that the data you can get will be credit bureau level, skip trace LLCs, corporations or trust, and not to mention the time it would take that would pull you away from actually sourcing and finding deals to wholesale.
If you're looking to create a skip tracing company altogether, that may be different but otherwise it's going to take you away from your core activity to grow your wholesaling business. What rate were you getting?
