Hello,

In Canada

Sold this triplex for a nice profit. Did my taxes and owe a lot of money.

IS there something similar in Canada to section 1031 ? I know of the section 44. But it's n/a . Let me know please ?

    Hey Justin, as far as I know there is nothing like a 1031 here in Canada.  But I am following this thread hoping to find a definite answer. Cheers
