I recently bought some land lots from my county deed auction resale the land is located in west tulsa Oklahoma in a class d neighborhood, my first thoughts are to cut the over grown grass and get a utility pole put onto the land and lease it out to travelers with rv trailers. Or just sit on it until the property value goes up and then sell it. Not sure any advice would help.

Typically, these lots are essentially worthless as the cost to build a new home would far exceed what anyone to lay to live in that neighborhood.
You can’t get electric without some sort of approved structure plans, in most areas. The zoning also likely doesn’t permit this. Not everything, or sometimes nothing, bought at tax auctions is a good investment.
