Is Lehigh Acres, FL good place to invest?

I'm interested in buying (for investment) a 3b 2b duplex in Lehigh. The property is a new construction and it costs 193K. It is located close to the Copperhead Golf Club. This will be my first rental property and I'd like to get some insight. Thanks!
