Is Lehigh Acres, FL good place to invest?

I'm interested in buying (for investment) a 3b 2b duplex in Lehigh. The property is a new construction and it costs 193K. It is located close to the Copperhead Golf Club. This will be my first rental property and I'd like to get some insight. Thanks!

Lehigh Acres can be a fantastic place to invest as long as you know what areas to purchase in, and how to run the numbers correctly. There is very much so a strong learning curve to this, and many things that are easy to overlook, which could then potentially make these deals look better than they actually are.
