Hi BP! We are constantly looking for medical properties to buy. Of course there are several metrics and parameters we match but wanted to know if anyone had any great ideas of where to look. Especially off market.
I recommend building strong relationships with brokers. @Ronald Rohde do you have any recommendations?
Thanks for tag. I think you have to cultivate a track record of closing first, then network to everyone you know with a short concise elevator pitch of what you're looking for and how quickly you can close. I made an entire youtube video on "networking for off market deals"
That said, plenty of MOB is out there, but its in high demand.
