A partner and I are looking into a residential residence that has been zoned commercial/warehouse in Irving, TX and since commercial property valuation is not an area I have experience in, we could really use some help to see if we have a deal or not. @Niki Cunningham I don't know your area. However; have you filled out the keyword alert yet? You might do so, listing the area, type property, etc., so that those that should the subject come up you will be notified. I doubt that will get you the answer fast enough though. You can also do a search, and see if you can find any members in that area. Other than that, you might want to talk to a local commercial agent, that works that area.
There's also LoopNet, where you might be able to find some comps (though you'd have to pay)
