Marking to people who want to House Hack

How do I go about marketing to people that are looking to House Hack? If I have a property that would be a great fit for it, can I post it here? Any suggestion would be grateful.

You own it or you are wholesaling it? If you own it, list it with an experienced agent who knows how to market to house hackers. If you are wholesaling it, you aren't getting a house hacker because they are not paying cash and no wholesale seller wants to wait on a third-party mortgage on the back of your paper deal.

@Jonathan Greene it looks like @Francis J Clare may be related to the owners; according to the assessor page for the property he shares a last name with one of them.
Francis, are you trying to sell to an investor or house hacker, rather than listing it with an agent on MLS, for a reason?
I have a mortgage on a condo right in that area so I'm familiar with it.

Hi Anthony, I am a real estate agent with Real Broker LLC... I have it listed on the MLS. This is my mother's house and the house I grew up in. My mother put it in our names five years ago with the life estate for her. This home has an in-law apartment on the second floor which would be great for someone who's looking to house hack. It's not your traditional in-law which most people like the in-laws on the first-floor level or ground level where this one there is a flight of stairs to go up to it.
