Looks like evictions will be forbidden at least till the end of September 2021. Wondering if it will impact buying an occupied foreclosed home? Will I still be able to evict current occupants?
You wont get an exclusion for buying an occupied home...so the short answer is no. However, the extension has not actually been ordered yet, and if it is- we don't yet know what the fine print looks like.
