Bought lot on golf course that filed BK months later. Then crash and laid off from job so stopped payments with M&I Bank. Thought they foreclose but assn got judgment for dues. Bank bought out by BMO.checked credit report and said loan was written off. Should I offer bank deed or what other options? Trying to get realtors license and this will keep state from issuing license
