How to become a State appointed real estate Receiver in GA?
I have been looking in to become a state-appointed real estate receiver in Athens Georgia. The info I am finding says there are mostly no standers for becoming one or what power one has. Would anyone in the community have any insight? I am assuming is fairly state specific. here is a link to a pdf that I found. Thank you all in advance.
