Looking for a Way to Finance Mobile Home Park Acquisition

Looking to acquire 2 mobile home parks outside of Memphis. Both are run by older gentlemen with no books kept, so they are not able to get traditional financing. Looking for ways to possibly bring in a cash partner of find a medium term lender!

  No neither are open to seller financing. Both are old and just want a normal purchase.
