Looking to buy 8-12 properties in the Suburbs of Houston, TX. This is a Buy and Hold investment.
We are looking to buy turnkey or mostly turnkey (paint and polish only) houses in the areas West of Downtown Houston. Once the company's cash reserves have been built up we intend to add a Fix and Hold strategy to our portfolio.
I have 2 multi family rentals in Rutland VT at the moment. I've been investing in multis since 2004.
@Robbie Case is the other BP member on this team. He is scouting the properties at the moment and has business contacts in the Houston area.
Our ideal cash partner will be a real estate savvy investor who is looking to make money by writing checks instead of putting boots on the ground. My hope is to raise about 300k, get the paperwork in order and get buying before interest rates go north.
