Calling all "Investor friendly Agents" in East Michigan
Asking to be on your list when Seller's are looking for motivated buyers.
New to the area. Moved from Knoxville last month with my Wife and 4 month old (Katlyn, Berkley). I am looking for distressed properties for cash purchase.
First, I understand and appreciate how you make money. I want to be up front and ensure that we will provide a bonus in addition to the commission on all properties that are considered low purchase price. We like to take care of our Agents because they take care of us!
Parameters:
~$50,000 cash purchases
2-4 bedroom homes
~1000 SF (willing to look at smaller or larger, case dependent)
