I am new to BP and it has helped me learn an incredible amount. That being said, I haven't taken advantage of the networking aspect. I have been rehabbing and renting homes in Maryland and am looking to connect with others in the area whether its wholesalers looking to unload some properties or need to contract someone to do some rehabilitation work. Or just to talk REI!
