I currently manage a STR and I'm looking to expand my business. I am looking for someone who needs help with the guest communication, scheduling, ect. My current STR is doing well and I have excellent reviews. I can provide my listing links if desired. I think my client would be happy to refer me as well. I also have my real estate license in TN.

Things I can do for you

Handle bookings, communicate with guests, manage booking platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, Furnished Finder, ect, schedule cleaners (not hiring or training cleaners), any other responsibilities can be negotiated. I will do anything I can to make your rental run smoothly.
