Which lenders still lending on rentals in this rate environment?

Just curious about who everybody is using to finance their rental purchases right now. Fulton and MECU seem to still be writing loans but would love to hear who you are using. Thanks in advance!

SECU and Dominion Financial are two good options for Baltimore investors.

    There are plenty of DSCR lenders that can lend on rental properties.

    Should have clarified, my apologies. Was specifically looking for lenders local to Baltimore, Maryland.

    @Daniel DiGiacomo- let me know if you would like a MD loan officer referal .....there are 85% ltv loan programs avaialble for SFR rental purchases
