Hi. I've been looking and have found 2 actual sellers-owners that are willing to finance (But I didn't like the house). Other listings say they will be do Owner financing, but then I find out they just direct you to a 3rd party private lender. Is there a reason why you're trying to go seller-financed, often times they require a bigger deposit than some conventional and FHA loans
Just returned from overseas working and do not meet the traditional paperwork requirements. W2's. I can do owner financing with a quick 3 year balloon payment as I am confident I will be very economically stable in 3 yrs and can refinance to pay the balloon payment.
