I am an investor looking to buy duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes and apartments up to 10 units in Daytona Beach, FL and the surrounding area. I would like to deal with real estate agents that have at least three years experience in this local area plus are used to dealing with investor focused real estate buyers who like to do creative financing. I am looking to purchase in B and C class neighborhoods where forced appreciation is possible as a standard real estate business tactic.
