I am looking for an individual who is ready to share their knowledge of real estate investing. I would classify myself as an advanced beginner with two properties under my belt and I have lent money to other investors, I guess you would call it a hard money loan. I am seeking more doors for monthly revenue to be my income. I am looking to do learn the art of flipping and BRRR. I am interested in creating affordable housing in Colorado.
