Recommendation for a contractor for new construction on Ft Myers Beach

Anyone have a recommendation for a General Contractor on Ft Myers Beach. Investment property was destroyed during hurricane IAN and looking for a contractor for a ground up new build.

    I was just down there over the weekend and the city is still a mess... You will have a hard time finding someone to build without paying a huge premium. Have you thought about selling the property? The word on the street is that they are going to be extremely strict with codes and building.  It might be better to a few years.
