Hi biggerpockets fam!
I'm looking for a Property Manager to manage my Mid Term Rental unit in Cleveland, OH in 44109 - which I'm about to close in a month. The unit is already furnished & rented (3 months lease) and is currently managed by the current owner.
Let me know if there are any PMs out there who could manage the MTR.
Hi Sahil! I'm interested in this as well. Have you had any luck finding a PM that specializes in MTRs in Cleveland? I have a 2-family property in the Detroit-Shoreway neighborhood that I would like to turn into an MTR. My current PM says their systems aren't equipped to handle MTRs at the moment, and he basically said if I want to go that route I'll have to find a new PM.

Hi Bonnie...thanks for tagging me here....Yes I am managing MTR's as well as STR's...We have been doing MTR's for about 4 years. We are specializing in larger and more luxurious properties and have been generating some great returns for Our owned properties as well as investor-owned properties. I will circle back to find the posts for people looing!

Thanks so much for the connection here Bonnie! I'm currently gathering information and resources to contact for when I eventually turn my units into MTRs. My PM just filled both units with long term tenants, so I'll have to wait a little while. But this is very helpful!

You should just go long term and collect your 10% or better, To much headache and move in and outs repairs etc, STR
