Eager DFW Newbie
Hello, I am here because I am eager to get started with real estate investing. My goal is to complete a BRRRR deal, in the DFW area, within the next 6 - 8 months. Being low on cash has me leaning towards a hard money lender, but I have concerns about the process so I would love to connect with someone who has executed a BRRRR and would be willing to share knowledge.
