Cash out on 10-unit short term rental

I bought a 10-unit multifamily in September 2022 with long-term financing, renovated it, and rent all 10 units short-term. We've more than doubled NOI. I'm looking to pull cash out of the building and acquire another similar property. Are you a broker or lender that's closed on this scenario? Please contact me, thank you
