 There are no legitimate wholesalers in the Cleveland market. Just a bunch of rando's who post on Craig's List for a few weeks then disappear never to be heard from again.

    Working with wholesalers is a great idea. Some are great at finding deals, but I would recommend connecting with investor-friendly agents in the Cleveland market that find off-market deals since an agent would represent your best interest. Also, depending on the agent, they should be able to help you build you team.

    Have been wholesaling for about 4 years now. I mainly operate in NY, are you looking for a deal or are you trying to JV with another wholesaler? If you are looking for a deal lets connect I have a few deals under my belt in Cleveland.
