LENDER NEEDED IN THE TAMPA BAY AREA!

Hello, 

My husband and I are seeking to purchase a property in Land O Lakes FL. We were trying to go directly through Lennar Homes but their rates are a little steep. Does anyone know a good lender they can refer us to? We would like to not only use the lender for buying our own home but be able to refer clients to them as well.
