Location: near Chicago. NO south side

Down: 200k-300k

Hi @Mark Nguyen - Given the down payment your buyer can make it seems like there should be a lot of opportunity in Chicago.

Are there any other criteria your buyer has besides no south side and small multi?  Any specific returns?  Are they okay with rehab?

I'd consider looking nw in Hermosa, Avondale, or Irving Park areas.
