203k in Louisville, Kentucky ??

Probably a long shot, but does anyone know a lender in Louisville, KY that specializes in the 203k? I haven't used it in years and my lender retired. Thanks for any help.

I dont do 203K loans but I am very knowledgable in other areas of financing, would like to go to lunch some time in the louisville area since I am into real estate investing and also am a lender.

Talk to Mary Ann Smith with Flagstar Bank, 502-710-0241. She seemed just as knowledgeable as the LO that I used from Wells Fargo, and I really liked her.

I was looking into this before and somehwere on the internet it reported this bank as having done one recently.
