Looking for lender recommendations in the Dallas area. Got one package with 7.5% interest and another with 6.5% both on a conventional 30 year with 10% down. Any thoughts / recommendations?

Dustin, in addition to the interest rate you need analyze the lender fees and the mortgage insurance to make sure you are comparing apples to apples. Feel free to drop the Loan Estimates here if you’d like me to help you review

Investment or Owner/Occuiped? Just calling and asking interest rate will often get you low rate, but higher fees and maybe pts? Gotta look at the total package.
