SFR for sale in Sebring FL (currently rented)
House in Sebring, FL (Sun-N-Lake subdivision) for sale. The house is currently rented but the tenant has been served notice to vacate by AUG 5...but if possible they would like to stay. Current rent being collected is $1150/month. Rent in the area is easily $1400-1500 and higher. We haven't raised it much because they've been there for a while. House lists as a 2/2 but prior to us buying it had the garage enclosed and turned into a 3rd bedroom with closet. HVAC unit is 2014, water heater is 2020 and electric is 150A. Recently had a 4 point inspection completed and it passed the HVAC, electrical and plumbing portions. It did fail the roof inspection due to hail damage a couple months ago, but is not currently leaking. I've already begun the claim process for the roof. So the roof will be replaced unless the purchaser wishes to do it themselves. With new roof price is $168k. Without, price will be $158k.
