    Check out Dave putz with jkp holdings - I believe they lend against notes

    As a note investor in today’s pricing environment I would doubt there is any meet on the bone after borrowing to buy a note. Hopefully this is not something some guru told you in a class.

    Yields on performing loans today are 8-10%, and borrowing rates are the same or higher.
