OKC first time investor seeking connections and recommendations

Hello! I am a first-time buyer in Oklahoma City looking to invest in a multi-family or single family house hack. I am currently seeking recommendations on lenders and also open to agent recommendations as well. I'm also interested in connecting with other local investors. Looking forward to connecting!

    Hey @Armeen Rouyanian, I'd definitely recommend a small multi-family house hack. You could outbid investors because it would be your primary residence. And with an FHA loan, you'd only need 3.5 down for four or less units. DM me for some local lender recommendations that work with investors.
