Two properties for sale!! Great to buy and hold!! Sellers want more than it’s worth unfortunately. Let me know if interested tho!! First home needs no rehab . They are located in Toledo Ohio

If you’re renting it out doesn’t matter the worth

I might pay asking for the house that doesn’t need rehab under the right terms. If the seller is willing to do seller financing at 0% interest for 30 years, max 9% down, then please PM me with details. Thank you.

I just spoke to an investor who bought a home for $125k and the it’s only worth $100k. He buys and hold. You can make a property a deal, did you know that?

Dont take what I say too literal. Im not saying pay $300k for a home worth $30k just because you want to rent it out but in some cases if a home is worth less than the asking price some investors still purchase. Many investors offer over the asking price or the value of the home. AM i wrong?

No seller financing, I can do $130k and an assignment fee of $10,000. There is room for negotiation so let me know. thank you!

True, I am new to this game. Dont take what I say too literal. Im not saying pay $300k for a home worth $30k just because you want to rent it out but in some cases if a home is worth less than the asking price some investors still purchase. Many investors offer over the asking price or the value of the home. AM i wrong? Also, my quote was from experienced investors apart of Toledo REIA.

Bruhhhh this ain't it. You're acting as an illegal broker for one. Additionally, your sales pitch is horrible. I suggest you look into selling Heroin instead of real estate. It's just as illegal to sell Herion, but you don't need to have a very good pitch, it kinda sells itself, ya know?
