I'am rehabbing a property with mold and water damage. Any general advice from others who have rehabbed similar properties..?

Rehabbing a property in Miami, FL in the Little Haiti / Little River area. Looking for professionals to work with in the following areas:

- Home inspector ( familiar with Little Haiti / Little River area)

- Home appraiser (familiar Little Haiti / Little River area)

- Mold remediation

- HVAC

- Drywall and Painting
