Has anyone had business dealingsw with Rad Diversified? Particularly interested in those who have invested in their REIT or alternatively have participated in their inner circle investment opportunities.

@Mike Hurney What do I possibly get out of fabricating a statement a RAD fundraising consultant shared with me? When a real estate company takes money from 8,000 investors and has purportedly made everyone money doesn't that seem suspicious? Especially in real estate where contingencies come up that even the most seasoned of real estate investors don't expect? I can understand a flawless track record with a limited sample size but with 8,000 investors? I just opened their March 2023 circular available through their website and while the circular does not offer full addresses for all properties, I gravitated towards zip codes that I am personally active in within the Philadelphia market. One of the properties is titled "W Pomona St, Philadelphia PA 19144 and lists the purchase price of $192,000.00. There are only 2 blocks on West Pomona Street and the two blocks total 90 tax parcels. There's one house titled to Rad Diversified REIT Inc and it was nominally transferred from an affiliate company for $1. Previously the property was purchased by the affiliate DHI Fund LP for $58,000 in 2018. I checked to see if there was any other home which sold for $192,000, just in case I might have missed a transfer involving an entity that I did not recognize as a Rad affiliate and there are none. This took me less than 10 minutes. Would you classify this as first hand knowledge or do I need to personally lose money for that to qualify? This exercise was merely to prove a point. I could have told you the gist of this post before even opening the circular based on the comment you dismissed as "hearsay".

    Now is your time to speak up!

       There is nothing for them to defend. Primarily through boiler room telemarketing they raised funds from over 8,000 investors, said whatever had to be said to get the investment, looted the company and then as with all Ponzi schemes once word got out of missed redemptions further fundraising became impossible.

      The next time you'll hear from Dutch will be in a court house.

      That coward wouldn’t even take the stand to defend himself. Such a loser to steal from others.

       Bankruptcy firm that was representing RADD even dropped them.

       There was an entire webinar with Dutch and the 2 attorneys explaining the plan and how this is a good thing and how many companies came out stronger lol

      The attorney is no longer representing RADD. Likely saw things they did not like (accounting?) during their due diligence. Maybe all the upset investors and ex-employees emailing the attorney helped as well

    Do you happen to remember the names of the attorneys or have anything from them?

    I would be pleased to demand they counsel their clients to discontinue their unlawful fundraising or report the ongoing illegal conduct to the SEC and Florida Department of Finance. Fla. Statutes Title VII Sec. 90.502 (4) There is no lawyer-client privilege under this section when:(a) The services of the lawyer were sought or obtained to enable or aid anyone to commit or plan to commit what the client knew was a crime or fraud.

    Florida Rules of Professional Conduct
    RULE 4-1.6 CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION

    b) When Lawyer Must Reveal Information. A lawyer must
    reveal confidential information to the extent the lawyer reasonably
    believes necessary to:
    (1) prevent a client from committing a crime;

    Where practical the lawyer should seek to persuade the client to take suitable action.

    When I wrote, "in a courtroom," I'm picturing an allocution hearing or sentencing hearing (through tears naturally). There is no defense to the conduct of RAD and the Mendenhal Crime Family.

    @Melanie P.

    Were you able to send a letter to Wernick Law on our behalf?

    We just learned RAD and Dutch @Dutch Mendenhall have been evicted from their Tampa Office (see attached). Likely now running business out of the Wentworth Golf course office https://wentworthgolfclub.org/
