Who do you know that can manage/coordinate a syndication for commercial development in the $1.5-$3.5 mil range?

    What type of "management/coordination" are you looking for?  Are you looking for someone to G.P. your project from start to finish?

    Are you seeking expertise primarily in financial structuring and fund management for your syndication, or are you looking for a local operational partner to oversee the development and management of the project?

    We are experienced operators and can handle development. We are just wanting to look into utilizing investors conjunction with or instead of a bank loan. We do not have a pool of investors currently and are looking for somebody who does.

    Hey Gal, we are experienced operators and we will handle development and stabilization. I'm looking for someone who has a pool of investors looking for an opportunity in this asset class or even a single investor.
