Retired General Contractor seeking multifamily properties for Long term rentals.

Hi, I've been a GC for over 30 years and have flipped to many houses to count for other investors. Now it's time to start my own investing journey. I am seeking multifamily properties to hold as rentals in the Fort Myers/ Cape Coral Fl areas. But will still be doing flips as well as wholesaling when the opportunities arise.

    Hey Bob! My team and I are local and mostly work with investors. Multifamily is currently a little hard to come by in SWFL. SFH's are declining in price and may be the better option in the current market. I am more than willing to have a conversation and discuss opportunities.

    Hi Bob! My husband and I have multifamily properties in Saint Petersburg -- they've treated us well and you deserve to do it for yourself now.
