Hey William. We have a couple STRs in Brevard County and we use "Proper" insurance for our STR policy. Very reasonable, policy is like $3,000 annually with liability coverage, structure, loss of business income, etc. Only issue is the wind coverage; for which we found it WAY cheaper to go with a wind only policy and use the two in conjunction. Happy to help however I can!
