Previous experience with a 200 plus apartment building. Looking for a smaller complex to run from my home office or able to come to a company office. Looking for 25-30 hours per week.     Compensation requirements?

    Are you a licensed agent, so you can be 1099?

    No I was not required to have my real estate license at my previous job
