Lender Needs - DSCR Loan for Manufactured Home - NC

Looking for a lender that can offer a debt service coverage ratio (DSCR) loan on a manufactured property. The property is tenant occupied and and located in North Carolina. Would be looking to borrower only about $70K and the property is valued at about $140K.

If you know a lender who can do this please let me know.  Thanks!

 This is definitely a niche product however it exists. Minimum loan amount is $75k however and the rate will be high.
