Looking for someone to partner with in or around Ocala, Florida. I live in Beverly Hills, Florida. I have some experience in rehabbing. Have done 2 houses in Columbus, Ohio. Moved to Florida 7 yrs. ago to help out aging parents. Owned a home repair business in Ohio for 10 yrs. Know how to do plumbing, carpentry, tile work, electrical house wiring, drywall hanging and finishing, wood flooring, painting and anything else that needs done in a house to make it pretty. I have a lot of experience. I feel that I have a lot to bring to the table. Looking for someone who has money but may need my talents. If interested please contact me. Looking forward to meeting you.

Hey Ted,

Just a quick piece of advice to likely get some better response here...

Based on what you've written above, it sounds like the bulk of what you bring to the deal is just being a contractor. While that may or may not be the case, a partner is going to want something more, so you need to make it clear what you bring besides stuff that can be hired out.

For example, are you good at finding properties? My guess is that if you had a great property under contract, you'd have no problem finding a partner -- bringing a great deal is very valuable and not something that is easily hired out. Those are the types of things an investor will be looking for from a partner.

Just a thought...
