Looking for a multi-unit long-term property manager in Cleveland OH!

Hi all! I'm planning on going under contract for 2 properties this week (a duplex that could be converted into a triplex and a triplex). I'm an out-of-state investor and looking for a property manager for these 2 properties and future properties in the area. If you are a property manager or have worked with one in the area (good or bad experiences), I'd love to hear from you!

    Hey Abby! Did you end up finding a property mgmt company that you're happy with? I'm in the same boat. I'm from OH but currently live in CA. I have family in Northeast Ohio that have been managing my units but I'd like to expand my portfolio and connect with a PM in the Cleveland, NE OH area to manage my current and future properties. Let me know. Thanks!

     Hi, I know most of them having been doing biz out there for about 12 years. I am aware of which to avoid as well.  Also, I have about 10 guys that do repair/renos for me. Expert in everything that is Cleveland.   Happy to help.

    Hey Abby

    I am an out of state investor as well and avoid Monument Property Management! They are the absolute worse and can鈥檛 properly communicate. They also  incorrectly promoted my rentals and took them 2 weeks to fix it wrong again 馃槨 I just switched over to IIP management

    Im aware of most PM'S in Cleveland having been doing biz out there for many years, 1ks of move in and outs, happy to recommend. LLP HMM, I avoid them as well.
