Looking for an agent/ Boots on the ground for taking pics and Negotiation appt. We pay a flat fee for each appt and % from closed deals. 
we are a real estate investment firm that missing a talented sales-driven real estate professional ( not necessarily needing to be a certified agent) , that will have the capability to take appt scheduled to him with home owners looking to sell their property...
the perfect feet will be someone that have high negotiation skills and know how to close the deal at the appt stage.
