Good evening everyone,

I just want to reach out to the Bigger Pockets community and introduce myself! My partner and I are working on a new build project in Denver that will house a transitional housing program for those who are impacted by the justice system. This program focuses on houselessness to home-ownership and reunification. I am looking for support from mentors, coaches, investors, and sponsors! I am already learning much from Bigger Pocket's learning platforms! I look forward to learning more from people in this community and building social capital!

 How many units? What is the project and what are you doing to make sure it's affordable? Are you using AMI as a metric? Actual LIHTC credits, private and public partnerships to push a deal through? Any experience in affordable housing development? Just trying to get your brain thinking. I'm not sure if you have a real estate or capital raising background but affordable housing development is tough
