No, I am not, I have done about 500, yes 500 deals in Cleveland, 5 in the last 30 days. I have about 20 guys bringing me deals, YOU are not getting a 3/1 for ALL IN 60k . If so lets talk, I will take 10 from you at 70k, (so you make 100k) and close in two weeks.
