Are any of the units in need of significant rehab or are they just going through normal vacancy rolls? Seems like a bit of a tweaner situation a little bit between turnkey and value-add with the info here

The 2 vacant units have been freshly rehabbed and we had asked the owner to leave vacant for showing purposes. 1 of the units is rougher I’ve heard due to a long time tenant and no roll over.
