1031 Exchange Replacement Property Needed

My current deal is pre-paring to close next week. The property lined up for my 1031 Exchange has fallen through. I am looking for a pre-forming multi-family or commercial property. I am open to location and value add. I look forward to working with someone on a successful transaction.
