Looking for insurance agents for a 4plex in St louis area
I recently bought a property in st Louis. My current insurance company wouldn't add the property management company I chose (they are currently renovating a vacant unit) as "additional insured" and would only add them as "additional interest" and property management would start managing the occupied units without being added as additional insured.
I got a few quotes from other insurance companies that are more than 2x of what we have currently.
So I am looking for some referrals for any insurance company/ agents that could give competitive rates.
